Streamline Foods' Quality Assurance Department provides over 40 years of quality experience and is a cornerstone of our manufacturing operations.
As a federally registered facility with CFIA, USDA and Kosher certifications, our QA department is responsible for the maintenance of all programs and communications required to keep the certifications valid.
Streamline Foods has a full HACCP program and partners with other departments within Streamline to monitor and verify that all HACCP plans and pre-requisite program meet current standards and regulations.
The Quality department has additional responsibility to ensure that all raw materials, packaging, in-process material and finished goods meet all customer specifications.
Some of the testing performed by the Quality department to ensure that both raw materials and finished products meet our customer's standards and specifications include:
- Viscosity testing
- Gel strength testing
- % salt testing
- % soluble solids testing
- Granulation testing
- Sensory evaluations
